Baby Food Dog Biscuits
Are you ready for the easiest dog biscuit recipe ever? It literally has TWO ingredients! Baby food and whole wheat flour… it doesn’t get any easier than that!
You can vary the flavor of treats you want by buying any flavor of 4oz. baby food. For this recipe, I used Beechnut Classics ® Apricot, Pear & Apple. Get creative, and even mix and match two jars to create your own flavor. Your pup will love it!
Servings: About 2 dozen (varies by cutter size)
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
Preheat Oven to 350°
2 cups 100% Whole Wheat Flour
2 4oz. jars of any flavor puréed baby food
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and baby food. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, or if it is too dry add some water.
If using a cookie cutter, roll out the dough on your work surface to 1/4″ thick and cut into desired shapes. I was short on time so I rolled mine into 1 to 1-1/2″ balls then flattened them out by hand.
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and space treats about 1/4″ apart. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
These can keep up to two weeks in either a container or a storage bag.
